In addition to her work in the franchise industry, Brianna is the owner and lead photographer of Brianna Rose Photography, a luxury wedding photography business known for its timeless, heartfelt imagery. Through both ventures, Brianna’s leadership and passion continue to drive growth, purpose, and meaningful impact. Brianna lives with her family in Palm City, FL. She enjoys sightseeing, riding roller coasters with her kids, and spending time at the beach with her husband, Aaron, and their two children Augustus and Amaris.

Olivia Witte serves as the Head of Payroll for Toutloian Hospitality, where she manages all facets of human resources and payroll for the company’s many franchise locations. She is dedicated to supporting team members, streamlining processes, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. Olivia began her career with the company at the St. Louis Tropical Smoothie Café location in 2023 and was promoted to the Toutloian Hospitality office in 2024. Passionate about people and organizational excellence, she plays a vital role in the company’s continued growth and success. Olivia resides in St. Louis, MO, where she enjoys traveling, exploring vintage record stores, and getting lost in a good book.

Maria Morales is the Manager of Tropical Smoothie Café – Branson and has been a proud member of the Toutloian Hospitality team since November 2017. As one of the very first hires for the Branson location, Maria started as a crew member and quickly advanced to Manager by December of that same year, a testament to her dedication, leadership, and passion for hospitality. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from De La Salle University in the Philippines and completed her internship at Big Cedar Lodge – Top of the Rock in Branson. Her entrepreneurial spirit has been evident since her early days—running small businesses back home, from a summer street food cart to designing clothes that made their way to France. Her experience spans casual dining, banquets, and fine dining, along with event planning, creative projects like money bouquets, and even tattoo artistry. Maria’s diverse background brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and excellence to her role as Manager. Outside of the café, Maria and her husband of six wonderful years love spending time at the lake, attending concerts and Braves games, and traveling the world together. With 10 countries across 2 continents already explored, they’re just getting started on their global adventures!

Kathy “Mama” Barrett is the Assistant Manager at Tropical Smoothie Café – Branson and has been a beloved part of the team for the past five years. Known affectionately as “Mama,” Kathy is the heart of the café—bringing warmth, positivity, and dedication to both her team and guests every single day. She loves her job, her team (“her peeps!”), and takes pride in helping create a fun and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending her free time fishing, floating the river, and making memories with her nephews. Her caring spirit and genuine love for people make her an incredible leader and an essential part of the Branson café family.

Jessica White is the Manager of Tropical Smoothie Café locations 010 and 011 in Columbia, MO, and a proud member of the Toutloian Hospitality team. Passionate, driven, and customer-focused, Jessica brings energy and leadership to everything she does. She is dedicated to fostering a positive team environment and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. With a hands-on leadership style, Jessica oversees daily operations with both efficiency and heart—maintaining the highest standards for food and smoothies while coaching and supporting her team to succeed. She thrives on motivating her crew, keeping the café running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves happy. Whether she’s rolling out new promotions, tackling challenges on the floor, or jumping in to help during a rush, Jessica leads by example and keeps the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming. Tracy Burke has been part of the Toutloian Hospitality family since January 2022, starting as the General Manager for the Vigo County Tropical Smoothie Café. With a passion for leadership and a heart for people, Tracy takes pride in fostering a café environment built on positivity, teamwork, and exceptional guest service. She is dedicated to creating a space where both team members and guests feel valued and supported. Tracy is married to her wonderful husband, Jeremy, and together they cheer on their amazing son as he pursues his basketball dreams. “he’s determined to be the next Kobe!” Outside of work, Tracy loves staying active in the community. Whether she’s cheering on local university teams, kayaking down the river, or enjoying live concerts, she’s always embracing life to the fullest.
